Terms
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and [OWNER: legal business name], a [OWNER: state of formation] [OWNER: business type], doing business as Proud Little Learners ("we," "us," "our"). They cover our website, https://proudlittlelearners.com, and everything you buy from us. By buying, subscribing, or using our files, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States to buy or subscribe. Our products are for adults to use with children. Children should not use the checkout.
2. What we sell
We sell printable PDF worksheet packs for kindergarten math:
| Pack | Price | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner: Adding within 5 | $3.99 | One-time purchase |
| Intermediate: Adding within 10 | $3.99 | One-time purchase |
| Advanced: Story problems within 10 | $3.99 | One-time purchase |
| Weekly Kindergarten Math Plan (kindergarten math) | $3.99 per month | Subscription that renews every month until you cancel (see section 6) |
Each product page lists exactly what is in the pack, including the number of pages.
Digital download. No physical item will be shipped. You print the pages yourself. You need a device that can open PDF files and a printer. Pages are made for US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in) and print well in black and white.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Payhip collects and pays US sales tax for our sales.
3. How you pay and get your files
- Checkout is run by Payhip. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your bank statement may show Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal.
- One-time packs: right after you pay, you get a download page and an email receipt from Payhip (sent from contact@payhip.com) with your download link.
- Re-downloading: use the link in your receipt. Each link allows a limited number of downloads (currently 10). If it stops working, email hello@proudlittlelearners.com and we will reset it or resend it, free, within 1 business day.
- Save your file. We suggest saving the PDF to your device or cloud storage after you download it.
- Our PDF files may show your email address in small print at the top of each page. This helps stop file sharing.
4. Your license: how you may use the files
When you buy a pack or subscribe, you get a personal license. You do not own the copyright; we do. Here is what the license lets you do.
You may:
- print as many copies as you need for your own children at home;
- use the pages in your homeschool for the children in your family (and your homeschool co-op class, if you lead it);
- use the pages with one classroom of students that you teach (one teacher, one class);
- print for tutoring sessions you personally lead.
You may not:
- sell, resell, or give away the files, or any copies of them, printed or digital;
- share the PDF or the download link with others, or post it online, in shared drives, on websites, or in groups;
- upload the files to teacher marketplaces, learning platforms, or AI tools;
- use the files across a whole school, grade level, or district without a separate license. Email us for a team or school license.
- remove our name, copyright notice, or the purchase stamp.
Breaking these rules ends your license. Our name, logo, worksheets, art, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark law.
5. Content and educational information
Our worksheets are practice activities. We do not promise any specific learning result, grade, or test score, because every child learns differently. Our materials are not a replacement for a teacher, school, or professional evaluation.
Our website sometimes mentions research or guidance from education organizations to explain how we designed our worksheets. These organizations are not affiliated with us and have not reviewed or endorsed Proud Little Learners or our products.
Please supervise children while they use any materials, including small objects (like counters) that may be a choking hazard for young children.
Proud Little Learners is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, school district, or standards organization.
6. The Weekly Kindergarten Math Plan (subscription)
The key terms, in one place:
- Price: $3.99 per month.
- It renews automatically. We charge your card every month on the same day you signed up, until you cancel.
- What you get: kindergarten math only. When you sign up, you get right away all packets we have released so far in the current calendar month. After that, we post one new packet every week, and email you when it is ready.
- Where your packets live: in your Payhip members area. Packets stay there for at least 30 days after release. Download and save each one to keep it.
- Cancel anytime online in a few clicks (see below). There is no cancellation fee.
Your consent. We will not charge you for the plan unless you agree to these automatic renewal terms at checkout, for example by checking a box that is not pre-checked. We keep a record of your agreement.
Confirmation. After you sign up, you will get an email confirming the plan, the price, how often you will be charged, and how to cancel.
What the plan is not. The plan does not include the three one-time packs listed in section 2. Weekly packets are separate, new material. One plan covers one household.
How to cancel (online, anytime):
- Sign in to your Payhip customer account. The sign-in link is in your welcome email, or go to our Cancel page, which links straight to the sign-in screen.
- Click the person icon at the top right, then Settings.
- Open the Subscriptions tab and click Cancel.
You can also cancel by emailing hello@proudlittlelearners.com with the word "Cancel" and the email address you used. You do not need to give a reason. We will cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email. If we receive your email before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
What happens when you cancel:
- Billing stops right away. You will not be charged again.
- Your access to the members area also ends right away. This is how our checkout provider works. Packets you already downloaded are yours to keep under the license in section 4. Before you cancel, download any packets you want to keep.
- We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a month, except as our Refund Policy says.
If a payment fails: our payment provider will retry the charge and email you up to three times over about 20 days so you can update your card. You keep access during that time. If the payment still fails, the plan is cancelled automatically.
Updating your card: sign in to your Payhip customer account and update your payment details there.
Price changes: we will not raise your price without telling you first. We will email you at least 7 days, and no more than 30 days, before the new price takes effect, with clear instructions for how to cancel. If you do nothing, the new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period. [OWNER/LAWYER: confirm this matches the state laws that apply; some states, such as New York, require your consent to a price increase or a cancellation window with a pro-rated refund.]
Changes to what is included: if we make a big change to what the plan includes, we will email you before it happens and tell you how to cancel.
If we stop the plan: we will email you at least 14 days ahead, stop billing, and refund any charge for a period we cannot deliver.
7. Refunds
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms.
8. Website use
Please do not misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, overloading, or using it for anything illegal. We may change or stop parts of the site at any time. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
We work hard to make accurate, useful materials, and we will fix any errors you report. Except for the promises in these terms and our Refund Policy, our products and website are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Disputes
If you have a problem, please email us first at hello@proudlittlelearners.com. Most issues can be fixed quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of [OWNER: state of formation] and US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may also bring a claim in small claims court where you live. [OWNER/LAWYER: decide whether to add an arbitration clause; we left it out on purpose to keep these terms simple and consumer-friendly.]
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the change. For the Weekly Kindergarten Math Plan, we will email you before any change that affects price, renewal, or cancellation.
