Refund Policy

Our packs are digital files you download and print right away, so we can't take them back like a store item. But if something is wrong, we will make it right.

1. First, we fix it

If your file won't download or open, prints badly, has a mistake, or a page is missing, email hello@proudlittlelearners.com with your order email and what went wrong. Within 1 business day we will:

  • resend your download link or reset your download limit, or
  • send you a fixed file.

This is always free, with no time limit.

2. Refunds on one-time packs

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • the file is broken and we can't fix it within 3 business days of your email, or
  • the pack is not as described on its product page (for example, the page count, skills, or contents don't match), or
  • you were charged twice for the same pack, or charged by mistake.

Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't give refunds just for changing your mind, buying the wrong level, or not needing the pack anymore. Not sure which level to pick? Email us before you buy and we'll help.

3. Weekly Kindergarten Math Plan refunds

  • Cancel anytime. Canceling stops future charges right away. See the Terms for how to cancel online or by email.
  • First month: if you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, ask us and we'll refund that first charge in full.
  • Charged after canceling, or by mistake: we'll refund that charge in full. This includes a charge made after you emailed us to cancel before your billing date.
  • Broken or not-as-described packets: we fix them first. If we can't, we'll refund that month's charge.
  • Otherwise, we don't give partial refunds for the rest of a month after you cancel. When you cancel, access to the members area ends right away, so download any packets you want to keep first.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@proudlittlelearners.com with:

  • the email address you used at checkout, and
  • the pack or plan, and what went wrong.

We answer within 1 business day. You do not need to fill out a form.

5. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to the same card or PayPal account you paid with. We send them through Stripe or PayPal, the companies that processed your payment.
  • Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
  • After a refund, the download link for that pack stops working. Please delete any copies of a refunded pack.
